Magical Disneyland.

My daughters have told me I am the best mum in the world . The reason I am so popular again with them is we just booked our holiday to Disneyland Florida next year.

I am not a big fan of theme parks but Disney is different. My kids have been wanting to go for a long time now and next year they will be age 7 & 10 which I think is an ideal age so we decided to go for it. They will still have the magical fantasy side to Disney and be big enough for some of the rides.

We cut the letters out and mixed them up then told them to find the word from the letters for a special treat. It was my youngest who got it first she was so excited she ran around the house screaming and my eldest daughter burst into tears.

I am now planning everything I want to do so we get to make the most of it so if anyone has any tips I would love to hear from you. The last time I went was 20 years ago before I had kids so it was a totally different experience. This time I am staying at a Disney hotel Pop Century so we get free transfers and free breakfast for the duration of our stay.

I am going to book the Bibbidi Bobbidi boutique in the Magic Kingdom castle where they can choose which princess they want to be and will have a complete make-over and get to keep the outfit afterwards, every little girls dream.

It isn’t until February and the girls are already on the count down so maybe I should have waited until nearer the time to tell them or at least until we have got this years holiday out of the way first. I think I will need another holiday to get over Disney but I am sure it will all be worth it.
