MSC go Luxury !!

Way back in February we at Cruise predicted that with the enormous success MSC are having at the moment in the mass and family market it would not be long before they decided to go luxury.

With the already existing concept of a ship within a ship being so popular their Yacht Club is forever a complete sell out.

MSC feel very confident that their new highly innovative generation of four new Ultra Luxury ships coming into service in 2023 will certainly be a massive string to their already strong bow. The 500 cabin ship will then be followed over the next 3 years by a further 3, 1 per year. These ships will offer a unique itinerary and will bring Customer Service to whole new level with 24/7 Butler service available.

I do feel it is time for some smaller ships has big is not always best. However I feel MSC should also invest in the quality of the staff to ensure this service is carried out correctly. I have been on several MSC ships and have experienced some excellent service especially in the Yacht club so if this standard is going to be throughout the ship it can only mean a big WOW
