Cruise Personalisers… Do not swear

So if there is one job that takes up most of my time it would be these god forbidden Cruise Personalisers, please someone tell me who actually sets these up, why is it every single cruise line makes these so NOT user friendly. I am sure there is a much easier way to organise these. I must take at least 3 or 4 phone calls a day trying to talk my customers through these. It absolutely drives me mental, and I have no idea what it does to some of my customers. Surely they can be set up much clearer and less confusing, too be honest I still struggle with them now and I spend a good part of my day, staring at them thinking “Am I missing something” I have to say Holland America are the worst culprits, surely the layout could be much easier to understand, I have sometimes almost put my fist through my office wall out of frustration from them, and that is no lie. The only advice I can give to you all is this…………………Start with a strong cup of coffee, trust me you are going to need it, then only do one section at a time, once the first section has been completed, make sure to save your progress, they forget to warn you of this !!! Now step away from the computer, do some stretches and then return back to your computer and complete the second section, right done that? good now step away from your computer again and do some more stretches. Great now for the final sections……………………take your time, what ever you do don’t get frustrated, once this happens, you are better logging off and coming back to it the next day. Oh and another thing I forgot to mention, if you have completed all your sections and you try to print off your documents, make sure you have been allocated a cabin number, if you have booked a guaranteed cabin you will not be able to print off your documents until a cabin number has been allocated. However this advice might be too late because by now you have probably already had an aneurysm trying to work out why you can’t print your tickets.

So with all that in mind I would just like to say GOOD LUCK AND MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU !
