What is on our Confirmation?

When we book a cruise for you here at cruise.co.uk we always follow up the booking with a personalized confirmation.  The confirmation will have the ship, sail date, the fare you booked, what category of stateroom and an Itinerary and any special add-ons we have given and also my contact details.

Now one of my clients has just returned from a P&O package I put together for him.  He normally takes some of my business cards with him, just in case anything goes amiss and can contact me.  He was talking to some people he met on the sailing and was complimenting my service and one of the guests asked if they could have one of my business cards.  My client had forgotten to take any with him, however he had my confirmation with him on his person.

So my client ripped off my contact details off the confirmation and handed that to his new friend!  Then another person asked so my details were written on another part of this paperwork and handed over.

So take your confirmation with you, you never know how it will become more useful than you thought! If my client is reading this (you know who you are), many thanks for passing on my details.
