The magnifica ‘Magnifica’

This coming weekend I have the fantastic opportunity to visit the newest ship of the entire fleet of cruiseships.  The MSC Magnifica will be in Southampton on Saturday 27th Feb.

Being part of the Musica class the ship is 93,330 tons with 13 passenger decks, 2550 passengers and 987 crew from all different countries of the world.  And for one night only, taken over by travel agents from http://www.cruise.co.uk/.

MSC are traditionally an Italian cruiseline with cuisene from all around the world including a sushi bar and chinese restaurant.  Children are welcome on board with playrooms, teen areas and a games room.

There are also sports available on board, so if you enjoyb shuffle board, mini golf and even a gym too work off all that food!

Relax in the spa or the sauna or the Turkish bath……you will be so spoilt.  Oh, there is also the favourite past time of shopping on board.  Thats Duty Free shopping too, so you can spoil yourself with new jewelry or a beautiful new watch.

I’m sure I will blog more about the night on board.  Hopefully there will be many pictures….they will have to be vetted of corse!!!
