Important Information “Your Confirmation Details”

Over the last few days I have speaking to a few clients who have booked with ourselves but have never really had the time to check through there confirmation details.


I had a situation myself the other day, where my client had booked  3 months ago but never had chance to check her confirmation details, she noticed there was an error on one of their names. The only problem was, because it had been noticed so late after the booking had been confirmed and flight tickets had been issued by the airline, there was a charge of £50 for the amendment. Now t
his is something we really need to try and avoid from happening.  

Here at Cruise.co.uk we make sure confirmation is sent out to our clients as soon as the booking has been confirmed and we always send you two emails.

It is “Imperative” that you take the time to read through the emails that we send. It is vital that all names on the booking details are the same as your passports and any errors need to be rectified as soon as possible. All cruise liners do charge amendment fees and if your voyage does include flights there could be extra charges from the airline for any amendment’s if air tickets have been issued .
