Your looking at 930 passengers a brilliant size large enough to have an excellent range of facilities but small enough to pull into those fab places and not too much queuing on board. With retractable roof over the pool for cooler destinations, and a cinema screen for film nights & pool-side grill for al fresco lunches you couldn’t fail to be impressed.
Accommodation.
All staterooms have private veranda’s with king size bed, shower room, LCD TV,
Spa & Wellness.
The Wellness centre & spa has various treatments to tempt you such as – steam room, sauna, ice bucket and Jacuzzi pool.
Entertainment.
Yes the entertainment on board the ship is impressive, hard to imagine if you have ever sailed on a Viking River ship, entertainment is not usually one of their “big things” but with the Ocean ships it’s another matter…. They have a wonderful and colourful theatre, they also have two cinemas, a 3 deck atrium and the Torshavn Lounge,
Food.
Al Fresco dining in the Aquavit Terrace and poolside grill, an excellent sea food restaurant and sushi, American Classics, Manfredis Italian you will be stuck for choice.
Shore Excursions.
As with their River Cruising brand you will still receive a free shore excursion in every port – either walking or a coach tour.
I cant wait to go on one of these ships, to me they have everything totally modern, excellent facilities, good food, entertainment, shore tours, not too big and not too small, wonderful destinations – what could be better?
