Has there been a better time to book?

It seems that a minute doesn’t go by before we are reminded of the dreaded ‘C’ word. Turn on the Television, Radio or browse the news on the internet or in a Newspaper and the majority of headlines will be Coronavirus related. It certainly seems like the media do like to get everybody panicking.

We have been receiving a lot of calls from worried customers who are looking for up to date information on their upcoming cruises and rightly so. But all cruise lines have procedures in place to ensure customers aren’t put at risk on-board.

But with the uncertainty surrounding the virus, is now the best time to book your next cruise?

We are seeing some amazing offers from cruise lines determined to show that cruising is safe in the current climate. So could now be the time to grab that bargain you have been looking for?

But is cruising safe we are being asked? Well CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) released the following statement “With strict measures in place, as guided by national and international health authorities, CLIA and its member lines, in concert with pronouncements from the World Health Organization, do not believe restrictions on the movement of ships are justified”

Ask yourself, would cruise companies want to put customers health at risk? Your health and safety is of theirs and our utmost importance. Just remember to wash your hands like you would do at home. Just because you are on holiday doesn’t mean you don’t have to! As Boris said sing Happy Birthday twice all the way through whilst washing your hands!
