Secret Life of a Cruise Consultant…………..

It may come as a great surprise to those of you who think I am in the first flush of youth to know that I am old enough to have a daughter who turns 21 this weekend! We had a get together last night with family and friends before my daughter and her friends hit the town
in Birmingham. It was a lovely evening which everyone enjoyed although I think the girls have all got very sore heads today!
Whenever I am perusing the Gala Buffet on a cruise ship I joke that I need to make more effort with my food presentation at home! With this in mind I decided that I would make my daughters 21st birthday cake myself and see just what I could achieve. I have to say, I am quietly very pleased with my efforts. What do you think?
