Gills Cease Trading………..

The speculation finally ended this afternoon about the future of Gills when ABTA terminated the agencys membership. This followed Carnival Group and the Royal Caribbean Group severing their ties with the company yesterday.
I have no wish to gloat over the closure of another agency, I merely want to clarify the situation for clients who have maybe not heard.

Whilst we as agents are competing with each other on a daily basis for business, this is a sad day for the companys employees who, like the rest of us, have financial and family commitments and I feel for them all and wish them well.
For any of you who have cruises booked with Gills – DON’T PANIC!! Here at Cruise.Co we will be doing all we can to help you through this difficult time. Obviously the cruise lines phones are going to be jammed, so please feel free to give us a call and we will do all we can to reassure you and help with any concerns you have.
