The Arctic Highlights voyage is spent entirely within the Arctic Circle giving you what NASA predict to be the best opportunity in 50 years to see the Northern Lights, as well as the chance to participate in some fantastic winter excursions to areas rarely visited by tourists.
Flying from London Gatwick on 30th January 2012 you will arrive in Tromso as your starting point, the Polar capital of Norway. Here you will have the chance to visit Ishavskatedralen, the Arctic Cathedral, Tramsos most famous landmark with its beautiful stained glass windows.
Day two you will arrive in Honningsvag, a mere 2000km from the Geographical North Pole. Later that day as you sail towards Kjollefjord you will pass a rock formation that is sacred to the indiginoous sami people and now site of an impressive light show, Finnkjerka.

Day three you will visit Kirkenes, where you will actually be further East than Istanbul and St Petersburg. Here you will have the chance to visit the Snow Hotel and the Russian border.
Day four you will arrive in Hammerfest, a UNESCO World Heritage site, before transferring to your hotel where you will spend the night before flying home the next day.
While on the voyage you will have the opportunity to try your hand at snowmobiling, dog-sledging and snow-shoeing too.
