Royal Caribbean – The WOW Factor!

Now ships are back afloat with actual passengers on it’s got me a little bit excited about booking my next cruise. I haven’t decided where I’m cruising to as yet, however I have decided it’s definitely going to be on a Royal Caribbean ship.

I understand that everyone has something different that ‘floats their boat’ For me RCI has it all. Great food, fantastic staff, innovative features and superb entertainment.

I have been on the smallest, oldest ships in the fleet right to the newest mega-ships and all have their own plus points and most importantly the RCI wow factor. On the smaller ships you still get the great food and entertainment, but it feels a lot more personal. The bar staff remember your names and preferred drinks which is just not feasible on the larger ships with 6000 plus passengers. I had my best ever cruise on one of these smaller ships, sailing around the Adriatic.

On the bigger ships you have amazing features such as the buzzing Royal Promenade with it’s crazy street parties, ice skating rinks, zip lines, dodgem cars and skydiving. Absolutely brilliant for folks that like a lot going on and especially for kids and teenagers.

RCI are certainly not the cheapest cruise line out there, but you know the old adage – you get what you pay for! I’ve spotted an offer for the Deluxe drinks package at a reduced price for European sailings next summer which I will most certainly be taking advantage of. Every little helps!
With the brand new Wonder of the Seas being based in the Mediterranean for Summer 2022 that might well be where I am heading on my next cruise.
Where will you be cruising to?
