Why book your cruise with me?

Because I am nice? Is that a good enough reason? Because I give you the cheapest price? Well I certainly try. The main reason you should book with me is I pride myself of giving excellent customer service.

Most of you know I work from home. What that really means is that my laptop is on 24/7 and unless I am on holiday my emails are answered 24/7 and my phone is always on!! If you make a booking with me you will always speak to me. You will not get sent round the bend speaking to different departments trying to explain what you need 10 times!

When I say 24/7 I really mean that too. I have had calls and emails from people the other side of the world and even on board cruises. Its not often it happens but you never know when a flight might be cancelled or a transfer hasn’t turned up.

Something that happened last week. You may have heard Celebrity Cruises have pulled out of Istanbul. I have some lovely customers that were due to embark on 16th July, no hassle and not much stress and everything has been sorted with new fights booked to Athens and an overnight stay too.

Its all very well thinking you might have saved £50 by booking your cruise and flights separately. No saving though really when something like this happens. You will lose out, you have the stress of sorting new flights, maybe new hotel stay, transfers and you might even lose out on things you have already paid for. By booking with an ABTA & ATOL protected agency this is all done for you. Some might say we are worth our weight in gold!
