Same sex marriages cancelled at sea big blow to the LGBTQ community

Waking up to the news that the Bermuda Law has been changed and  that same sex marriage can no longer take part on our British ships is such a devastating blow to the LGBTQ community . It was only passed last year as well by the supreme court in May.

British Cruise lines P&O and Cunard have said they are very disappointed with the news and will go ahead and offer alternative commitment ceremonies onboard there ships instead.

However other Cruise lines who are not registered in Bermuda can still go ahead with there onboard same sex marriages so all is not lost at sea.

How many of you have got married at sea was it worth it compared to a land wedding ?
