We are also going on the same cruise in April and this will be the third time. I have two children aged 6 & 7 and none of us have had innoculations for these destinations - they are not compulsory at all. We are not this year either so I say don't panic and enjoy the cruise!!! See you on boar.
Hello ....If you are concerned visit your doctor or talk to a good pharmacist. I would never take the word of a friend of a friend (or even mine) for gospel but for the islands you have mentioned I have not heard of any inoculation requirements but like I say if you are worried...check it out yourself....Heathe.
Wrong ,its recommended you have hep a ,were on the same cruise,we have just had to have our 2 grandchildren innoculated for hepatius a and thypid ,free at your gp a small shot combined vaccines, you need it 14 days prior to arrival in the caribbean,to be effective ,my son a gp, his wife a district nurse, they he had both his small children innoculated last year for their holiday, its up to you if they come in contact with any swiming or water ,they need it ,.
