We have been on three cruises so far at this time of the year and the weather has always been very warm. We are going on the same cruise this year as you are , i believe that it will be cold on deck leaving from new york but after a couple of days we will be in the caribbean and hopefully have lovely warm weather. Have a great cruise. Lind.

I was in the Caribbean over the same week in 2006. The weather was fantastic, at night there was rainfall over land, which doesn't bother you when your sailing over night. What it does mean is that it can be slightly damp when you dock in port. This also can affect some of the waterfall tours, the main ones are either closed or have limited access, so any specific fall you want to see, get earliest excursion possible. got to say, the starry nights are the most amazing I have ever seen!

I went round Caribbean same time last year. Weather is very warm. Obviously like anywhere else, there are likely to be showers or wind, especially mid ocean. You will need lots of light summer wear, but do remember to take a wrap or jacket, or tops with sleeves for the evenings as the ships get quite chilly with the air conditioning at night.

Some Universities do require a Modern Language at GCSE Level, which my son is not keen to do.However, my concern is that my son will not be attending University for 5 years, what if he changes his mind with what he...

Two Night Taster

By Dawn Gardener

Recently my parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary, which happened to fall 2 days before Christmas. Up until a day before their anniversary I was stuck on what to get them. The only thing I knew that they would both really love is a cruise, as they are yet to experience a cruise and my mum has been wanting to do this for years. My dad is ex Royal Navy, so he was keen too, especially to see what sea would be like as a guest rather than working and also a bit more glamour than the sh...
