RCI does not have ships sailing from Southampton during the winter months. RCI does not do sailings to the Caribbean - apart from the Transatlantic repos at the end of the seaso.

You put down RCI as your preferred line and as "A of N" says they do not offer this in winter from Southampton but there are plenty of other companies which do. Cunard, P & O, and Fred Olsen to name but a few. I suggest that you pop into a travel agent in Camelford or Wadebridge or Launceston and if that's not practicable ring them and ask for them to be posted to you, pick out what you like then check out the prices they have and on the net and for that matter on this site and enjoy a warmer winter away from the slate .... don't do dreckly do now cheers ....Nei.

There are no ships sailing from Southampton in Feb as they are all either on World Cruises or in the Carribean. If you specifically want to go to the Carribean in Feb, then the only way is to fly. If you want to sail round trip then you can do it in Dec or April and other months between April & Dec.

I am frequently being asked if there is a kettle in the cabin and it is only really the British C...

I wish I had a pound for every time I have been asked this question. I could have sailed around the world in Luxury! Aah yes! but would I choose Port or Starboard for my cabin? Or left side versus the right side of the ship?I suppose it depends on where you’re headed. I know that quite a few seasoned cruisers swear by the Starboard side. Although it really depends on what type of cruise you are on.For instance, if you are sailing in one direction, North or West generally people pr...

My NON cruise holiday this Easter.

By Haydn Jones

Haydn Jones's blog

I’ve just come back from a family Easter holiday to Spain, surprisingly not on a cruise this time. My children are of the age where we have to go away during school holidays. We decided on Benalmadena, Spain as we have been before , its not too far, and the boys love it there. The weather was absolutely glorious, we were so lucky this time of year to have 10 days of boiling sunshine. Benalmdena is a town on southern Spain’s Costa del Sol, known for its beaches and the modern Pue...
