DeVere is opposite the terminal and there's a Poste House (or there was) nearby.

We have just booked our cruise on the Ventura for August 09 . Last year we stayed at the Premier lodge near the airport the night before departure, however though the Premier Lodge was very comfortable and accomodating etc, for our next Cruise in August, now we know it exists, we have just reserved a room for the night at the Holiday Inn on Herbert Walker way, which is about 200yrd from where the ship actually sails from. (there are other Holiday Inns in the area, but the one I've mentioned, is actually only a stones through away). Rooms start from around £89 per night per room or £104 pnpr if you require breakfast. (You have to pass this Hotel before going through the dock gates to get to the ship). The Holiday Inn also provides a car parking facility for £50 = 15 days parking, with taxi transfer to the ship for £5 if required...Enjoy your Cruise, your lined up for a brilliant experience, you'll love it, and I guarentee you'll be back for more.......RYC Crewe Cheshire.

Thank you very much for your kind reply to my question Re: Hotel Accomodation. Will take up your advice I am sure it will help knowing you have had experience before. Wishing you a good holiday in August. I am sure (Finances Permitting) we will be looking towards another Cruise after this one.

I mean look at that face!Dexter is a seven month old Border Collie crossed with what we believe to be either and Akita or a Husky and for 7 months is already pretty big. Actually, hes much bigger than we had planned to get when looking for a dog as we origina...
