Hi, I have answered this on another thread, so if you've already read it apologies for duplicating. On the Eastern Med cruise that we have recently returned from, we bought an internet package for £40 + £1.95 'activation fee'. Reception was so poor that we were unable to use the service for a lot of the trip, and when we finally did get access, it took so long to get in to our email accounts (up to 30mins) that we were only able to check one email at a time. The IT Manager wasn't particularly helpful, (when he was around), so we ended up 2 hours in credit, and no refunds are given. As for the phone, it costs £5 for up to 5 mins, so I used my mobile which only cost me 35p a minute.
