Hi donna,We have sent numerous emails to P&O asking about a refund but NO RESPONSE....5 of us are booked for the month, We started to plan this holiday with our daughter & husband ,Sister & husband and 3 friends 2 years ago. Just waiting for P&O new brochure. We hoped to go 2 weeks for christmas or the 2 weeks before around the caribbean,so we managed to book , 5 of us could go for a month which was a realy good offer,4 could not have a month off work, they did not mind travelling christmas day as we all knew the cruise would be fabulous.....Sadly now to rebook....IS NOT OVER CHRISTMAS,,IS MORE EXPENSIVE,,,,,AND PROBLEMS EVERYONE MANAGING TO GET HOLIDAYS TOGETHER..PLUS P&O ARE ONLY GIVING £75 ON BOARD CREDIT IF A NEW CRUISE IS BOOKED BY 31stJULY......It seems likly 5 of us will still go YES IT IS A GOOD OFFER...DOES ANYONE THINK WE SHOULD TRY FOR CHRISTMAS 2010.....At the moment we dont trust p&o........Donna ,,maybe we will meet on the cruise..........UNLESS THEY CANCELL !!!!!!!!!!!

I do know that the combination of E931 and E932 was such a bargain that it was sold out on the first day of bookings. Unfortunately I was away and unable to book it when it went on sale. Possibly it is easier for P&O to sell it as a combined cruise as changeover was on Christmas Day.

Thank you for youre comments,my point is that P & O knew changeover was christmas day, and it was as you say sold on the first day of booking .....so no problem with filling the ship...five of us who booked for a month now feel our holiday has been spoilt, and we shall miss our daughter her husband and friends who cannot be with us...UNLESS THEY DECIDE TO CANCELL OUR CRUISE........

For any one interested check p&o website and read community comments about cancelled christmas cruise.especialy comment (P&O stinks),They have certainly upset a lot of people,A lot of past passengers are so angry and upset they will not book with P&O again. The company has lost previously loyal customers and a good reputation.any one booked with P&O good luck I hope youre cruise is not cancelled....

Can you not cancel your cruise??? Rebook another that can accomodate your plans? SURELY as it's P&O that's changed it, you won't lose deposits? I am booked on this for the back to back...& was amazed that ANYONE would want to embark or disembark & fly on Xmas day? I just thought perhaps that nobody had booked them seperately as the month was such a bargain?

Cruiser - Answered a Question by EVANS (27 Jul 08 20:54)

Why did P&O not do their homework BEFORE offering the 2 cruises? Why should the people who booked a 2 week cruise - such as myself - suffer because of P&O's lack of foresight? If you walked into a shop and put a deposit on a table, then came back to collect it and find it sold to someone who wanted to buy the table and the chairs to go with it you would be pretty miffed yeah? It is the customer who fell for P&O's sales pitch who missed out. Not everyone can afford a 4 week cruise at Xmas/New Year, not everyone can afford the time. Not everyone is a rich pensioner!

Here you can stream and watch videos on your devices easily.Royal Caribbean are also working on a new boarding process that uses facial recogni...

Do You Have A Bucket List?

By Gail Ryan

Gail Ryan's blog

Do you have a bucket list? If so, what’s on it?Until a few years ago I don’t think I had ever heard this term, had you? I think my first recollection was when I watched a film starring Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman about two characters that fate brings together in a hospital room and they discuss the things they want to do before they die. There are loads of thing that you can have on your list – it does necessarily have to be about holidays, but I think the majority of ...
