As eating healthly differs depending on a persons viewpoint i think you would have to ask the cruise line direct. I cruised on NCL Jade in august and i have a low sugar & gluten free diet, i did find the choices limited (as gluten free is)but there are lots of salad, meats, veggies, sandwiches, curry, pasta, then of course the pizza, burgers, hot dogs and various cakes! I managed to eat healthly according to my diet for 2 weeks by sticking to salad, steak and other meats and veggies.
