The main critisism of PoA is the crew - due to employment laws of the US - the ship is registered in the USA then they have to emply US staff. They do not seem to be able to provide the same level of service as the 'usual' staff on cruises who come from Phillippines, Indonesia, India etc....I don't think things will change in the next few weeks, Remember those who complain are probably accostomed to the normal high standards of service on cruises, and this is just a bit different.
