PEPWORTH - Answered a Question by Ballantyne (19 Oct 07 19:28)

We have traveled on msc cruises four times and whilst we could not be sure of the tempreture in the pool it should be ok.the dress nowadays is not that formal and a shirt and trousers should suit if tidy.

OSTERLYNG - Answered a Question by Ballantyne (20 Oct 07 07:49)

I was on MSC Musica last year and the pool - like most, are not heated. Formal evenings were very mixed. I even saw people coming in in their overcoats! Just aim for the middle ground. Children were everywhere - Italian ship, so informal style. Midnight I saw children as young as three scampering around in the main lounges. Very easy going ships. Audrey Osterlyng, Brussel.

I can honestly say the entertainment team were really friendly and put on some great shows. I loved how the stage rose in the Neptune lounge making it a great area for lots of ...

Two nights on Indy..

By Alison Ranaldi

Alison Ranaldi's blog

Last week I spent two nights on the newly revamped Independence of the Seas.We sailed from Southampton in glorious sunshine to Le Havre and back. This was my third time on board this ever-popular ship and I was keen to see the changes to her after a big refit. We had a balcony cabin on deck 9 which had everything we needed for a comfortable break. I’m not generally a fan of mini-cruises. They offer an excellent way for someone like myself to see the ships but I do not think they are a g...
