We went in February and it was quite hot....so shorts and t shirts on the ship but loose, cotton/linen skirts/trousers when ashore keeping shoulders covered and if visiting holy sites covered from head to toe ....Costa is quite an informal cruise line so only need suit, or Blazer shirt and tie for dining, tops and trousers/skirts for ladies are quite acceptable. Hope this helps a bit but a bit more info on when you are going would have helped!!

Neil & Ida Down - Answered a Question by Bryant (08 Dec 08 14:06)

Now ....are you male or female, do you have an extensive wardrobe, where apart from Dubai are you going, when are you going, are you expecting to spend most of your time sunbathing or sight-seeing, how old are you, do you like sailing, are you likely to go snorkelling, do you intend to fully subscribe to the ship's dress code, will you be visiting religious establishments, or camel riding and do you think that you will be taking a spaghetti spoon with you? Please answer soon as I am intrigued by you and this question .....Neil.

By Holly Crabtree

Buster, my 5 year old Shichon ( his mum was a Bichon Frise and his dad was a Shitzu) was treated to a Cunard makeover this week with lots of luxurious doggy treats that you would expect to receive on Queen Mary 2. Gail Ryan's blog

Do you remember the BBC television show that featured singer Jane McDonald and helped launch her television career?Well, whatever you thought are about that, she is currently on our television screens on Channel 5 presenting a new series about cruising. Have you had a chance to watch it yet?If you haven’t, I would recommend that you try to and catch up on the first two programmes – there will be 4 in total. To be honest I though it may be a bit cheesey! But I have to say that I ...

What Is Your Number One Priori...

By Freddie Moser

Freddie Moser's blog

So since finding out recently that I am going to become a dad for the first time (which I am probably foolishly ecstatic about), my priorities in life have taken something of a change of late! When I found out a couple of months ago, I started to look at my life. Where I was, what I have achieved, and what kind of future I wanted for my wife and imminent child. This little bit of soul searching has initially made me fixate at cash flow, which I’m sure is not unusual! So I have thrown myse...
