Not really sure what your question is. If you have a good agent then they should be up to scratch concerning who will be paid, when and by what method so why are you worried about asking them? Any agent worth their salt will tell you or find out. By the way, peeing in the wind is ok so long as you are not peeing into it, that's when you get wet ankle socks. ..... Neil.

The P & O view "Additionally, we will, subject to certain conditions, reimburse the current sea fuel supplements to customers for 2008 and 2009 cruises, but have established specififc guidelines. These are "For 2008 and 2009 departures, if the price of light sweet crude oil, according to the New York Mercantile Exchange Index, is $70 per barrel or less at the 2.30 pm close of business, as reported by Reuters on each of the 25 consecutive trading days, ending 5 trading days prior to the guests' cruise departure date, the fuel supplement will be refunded in the form of an on board credit. Your TA should have been able to advise on this but you won't see the refund until you join the ship so extra spending available to you as Ocean Village put it to their clients, this is assuming the price of oil has not gone above their threshold of $70, which I doubt - enjoy your cruise ....
