My wife and I spent 3 weeks on this ship in February 2008, we enjoyed the intimate style and preferred it to the large ships also on offer, review is at /cruise-reviews/read/review_c5242/ Hope this helps. Steve.

Have just completed a cruise on the Royal Princess.which is a sister ship, and visited Kotor, Split and Ravenna. All of which are delightful. Split town is just a short walk from the port, Kotor is just the same, we did the excursion to the Lady of the Rocks, as featured on Franco de Mosto's tv series. Ravenna is a bus ride away, nice town, typically italian, small but with plenty to see. The day we went was a public holiday so everything was shut, everybody was celebrating, brass bands, marches and suchlike. Nice to see a different side to the Italians. The journey up the inlet to Kotor is very dramatic, mountains everywhere, well worth seeing. Kotor is a walled city, absolutely charming and so are the people definitely our favourite. The formal nights yes you can eat in the other restaurants but don't worry too much about formal wear, we noticed people without dress shoes. We are hopng to go on the Pacific Princess next Sept around the Black Sea, any info would be a help. This is our first time on a small ship, much prefer it, not only because you get to know all the staff but also the fact that you visit places that the large ships can't. Any more questions just ask.

When I was shopping around for a quote on the comparison sites the cheapest I could find was a Single Trip Policy for the...

In my last blog, I compared the drinks packages so I thought I would look at something else that people are constantly asking for on their cruiseWIFI. I wanted to do a comparison as to who offers the most reliable and best value at sea and whether its worth signing up for or waiting until you get to port to use the free Wi-Fi.Royal CaribbeanCost: $10-15 per day. Must be purchased for entire cruise.Ill start with Royal Caribbean, they claim to have the fastest Wi-Fi of any cruise line with the...

Well Summer is here which means there is usually a lot going on with holidays, days out and spending time with family and friends. It has certainly been a busy start to the Summer for me and the calendar has already taken a beating with lots going on over the last couple of weeks. I started the month with 4 nights away with a friend at her apartment in Fuerteventura. We flew out on 28th June and returned on 2nd July and had a lovely time chilling and relaxing although it was very very hot.T...
