How would anyone know if a River Cruise is for you. It is up to you to decide, as you know your own fitness. I too am thinking of taking a River cruise, but am not sure if it would be for me, as I too have problems with walking. If it was you that asked this same question on the 28th of December, then you had a very good answer from someone called Ferguson. I have taken their advice onboard. My research so far has brought up some extra problems for me, so I will have to seriously think about a River cruise. The time to go on one would be a big consideration as have read reviews on this and other sited about having to move to move from the Boat to carry on in Hotels as the rivers have been too high or too low. I would not like to pay a more expensive price for a river cruise than an ocean cruise and not be able to get off the Boat and see the sights, or go to a hotel. Would you be happy to stay on the Boat on your own and not see the sights if you cannot get off! The price will be the thing that decides it for me, as they cost more than an ocean cruise.

Where were the P&O Fancy Dress police?

By Kerry James

As many of you know, I am getting married at the end of May and after deciding to have my wedding on land rather than at sea, it seemed only right to have my hen party on a cruise. When the itineraries were released I decided on the Britannia sailing on the 06th April for 2 nights as it was a family-friendly ship so my younger bridesmaid could attend and also wouldn’t miss any school time.Back in November P&O had sent us all letters that they had changed their policies and that as o...

Do You Have A Bucket List?

By Gail Ryan

Gail Ryan's blog

Do you have a bucket list? If so, what’s on it?Until a few years ago I don’t think I had ever heard this term, had you?
