Hi there we travelled on Oriana last year when our son had just turned 2. He had a fantastic time!!!!!! the youth crew couldn't have been better they were just fantastic & he really enjoyed going to 'peter pans' He did not suffer any sort of motion sickness at all but poor old us were very ill! It was our 1st cruise & I couldn't really fault the ship for facilities for children. They provided bibs & sippy cups & baby cutlery in the buffet resturant if you asked for them. If you have booked a balcony make sure you've asked for a balcony net. I'm struggling to think of anything else that might be a help to you. What sort of cabin have you booked, we did struggle a bit for storage space but that was about it. I can't emphersise enough how great the youth crew were - if you are wondering whether or not to leave your child @ 'peter pans'. Don't forget mum & dad need to enjoy themselves too. We were able to get warmed milk from room service @ night & there are laundry rooms where you can use the washing machines & irons in there so that was handy. Your steward will put up the travel cot for you & all the bedding is provided. I hope you have a fantastic time!!!!

Your son will have a whale of a time in the Nursery - good news there is even a night nursery so he can have high tea and can be looked after while you have dinner 7 see the show if you want to. They lie down on mattresses in their pjs and we used to collect at midnight & carry back to our cabin. They have a lovely little safe pool for that age group with toys - enjoy.
