What is the difference between a Standard Inside and a Deluxe Inside stateroom on the Queen Victoria/Queen Elizabeth and is it worth paying the extra cost involved.

Many thanks

The only difference is the size of the stateroom - there are no extra perks.

We were on an inside deluxe Queen Eliz. The space really is noticeable. If I were going on a world cruise I would be delighted at the size of the deluxe inside. I would not be happy at the size of the regular inside. As soon as we opened the stateroom door we looked at each other and just grinned from ear to ear. If you book an inside deluxe make sure you snoop around when the cabins are being cleaned you will see what I am referring to. Also vice versa. Happy cruising

Thanks for that. While on board the Queen Victoria next month we intend to book our 2012 on Queen Elizabeth and we will certainly try and reserve a deluxe inside. Thank again

If I may make a further suggestion, deluxe comes on two decks and if you go for the the lower level (where reception is) it is really convenient for getting on and off for excursions, the ballroom, dinning room, theater, its is where the string quartet plays and the harpist, the library is also close by. Last but not least it costs less than the higher up deluxe cabin. You will see what I am referring to when you are on Queen Victoria which is basically the same layout. Do have a lovely holiday whichever stateroom you are in.
