Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas ship has been relaunched with a variety of new enhancements.
These include improved dining options, high-speed internet, excellent retail stores and new suites. The work also means Dynamic Dining is now available onboard, giving travellers more food options than ever before.
A total of 20 restaurants are onboard, providing a wide range of delicacies to suit a variety of tastebuds. As well as this, the Oasis-class three-storey main room has been converted into three separate venues.
In May 2015, the Allure of the Seas ship will also be upgraded with the enhancements.
These are the American Icon Grill, Silk and The Grande, all of which offer their own individual perks.
With a USA-themed feel, the American Icon Grill offers a variety of regional dishes, while the Silk offers flavours from the Far East and The Grande boasts a more formal atmosphere and varied cuisine.
The ship’s upgrade also offers high-quality onboard connectivity, enabling passengers to stream video, check their emails and surf the web with ease.
Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, executive vice president of operations at Royal Caribbean International, said: “Royal Caribbean’s legacy of innovation brought the revolutionary Oasis-class ships to life and in that spirit, during the Oasis of the Seas’ and Allure of the Seas’ drydocks we are adding features and experiences to wow our guests even more.
“One of the many exciting new features is Dynamic Dining, which has received an overwhelmingly positive response from our guests.”
Ms Lutoff-Perlo went on to say that the new dining program offers guests amenities that appeal to them the most, with all decisions based on customer feedback.
Both the Allure of the Seas and Oasis of the Seas ships will also benefit from the Royal iQ app, which allows passengers to make dining reservations and book shore excursions onboard.
It can also be used to keep in touch with people through phone and text capabilities.
