This was our first river cruise and by far exceeded our expectations. The service, accommodation, food and included freedom of choice excursions were all excellent. There was also free wifi with access via the TV in the cabin or wireless on passengers own devices. We had not realized that APT was an Australian company and that the majority of other passengers would be from Australia. This only served to make our holiday even more enjoyable. The AmaLyra is a well appointed relatively small ship and having just over 110 passengers on board meant that we were able to sail down the Rhine, Main and Danube even though the water levels were low, unlike larger ships that were unable to continue...
