The refurbished Silverwind….

The luxury vessel the Silver Wind has just completed a major refurbishment and I was lucky enough to go on board for the day last week. She really is a beautiful ship. She has had a major enchancement to the dining venus and public spaces including new carpets and furniture. In particular the speciality restaurant, Le Champagne, the only Relais & Chateaux restaurant at sea, has also undergone a complete refurbishment, having an upgraded entrance, redesigned seating layout, new flooring, fabrics and have added a backlit wine display, she really is an impressive restaurant.

The ship was docked at Tower Bridge so the setting really was perfect especially the fact we had the sun on out side for the day

The ship is a perfrct size and offers clients the chance to visit some unique destinations in ultra luxury. The onboard space is perfect for the 296 passengers and offers a personalised service. I really would love to sample this type of luxury while cruising! Rememeber gratuities and drinks are all included!
