Your review counts!!!!

Have you ever had a really good look around my website other than reading my weekly blog? Do you follow my Marie turner’s cruise page on face book?

Do you know there is list of all the cruise ships I have sailed on, a small section about who I am and  a list of all of my cruising qualifications I have received over the years which help with my knowledge! Also did you know on my facebook i have recently been sharing live videos discussing cruise news and other cruise related information? All of this information  I’m sure is important to you when choosing a cruise agent to look after your holiday.

There is one little box which I feel, is the most important piece of information! One you may not have looked at and it is called “RATE MY SERVICE”, this has also recently extended to face book page too in the review section.

Both “face book review” &  “Rate my service” are real reviews which my customers leave once they have either booked, quoted, travelled or simply dealt with me, these reviews give you an insight to what you can expect from me and my service throughout your booking process.

Although these small reviews are wonderful to read for me and my self-esteem the really are not for my benefit.

They are for you to see exactly what customers before you have thought of my service they received, and I hope you find them helpful when choosing to book with me  so you can rest assure I will give you my full attention, great customer service and book you a dream cruise holiday.
