Magic Rooms, will they be ?

It was with interest and a slight amount of wonderment that I have recently read about the         ” On Holiday Group” going out of business sometime in March 2014. Reading on further it was quite a shock to learn that they had been forced into this position by HMRC,  there are articles all over to read about it , now I am no accountant , nor do I have any degrees in this field, but a company that, by all accounts, had been doing OK and employing 65 staff suddenly had to force themselves to close because the government (or some department ) would not release monies back to the company due to VAT issues, I know it will not be that simple, but you get the idea !

Then, here is the Irony, not a month later the assets are bought out (no doubt for a song) by a well known Travel Industry Individual, he appoints the former Sales directer of “OHG” and renames it Magic rooms, and off we go to start trading again, it all just seems a little strange to me, I will watch with interest.
