Check if you need a visa !

There have been some anxious moments in any travel agents life when people have not taken in the fact that passengers will  need visas to enter some countries, many we all know and would expect, one that always throws everyone is India, why ? it used to be a colony, surely we can just pop in and out as we please……..the answer is NO

Another word of warning on the Indian visa, it is only valid for 3 months, so if you are cruising in October, do not apply for the Visa until at least end August, or it will expire before you even get on the ship.

One of the common comments “I am not getting off there” many of the cruise lines cannot let you board without the appropriate visa, even if you have no intention of getting off, it could cause a major headache at the start of your cruise !! There is a great site where you can do a quick check, use it !
