    UK to Rio de Janeiro

    Fly from the UK to Rio.

    Day 1 - Rio de Janeiro

    On arrival in Rio, you are met and transferred to your hotel.

    Rio de Janeiro is without doubt South America's most beautiful city, and regarded as the holiday capital of Brazil. From the white-sand beaches to the winding streets of the favelas up to Corcovado and Christ the Redeemer towering over Rio's six million local inhabitants (known as cariocas), this short break will introduce you to the city. Prepare yourself to be swept away.

    Day 2 - Rio de Janeiro

    You will have a panoramic tour around the beautiful beaches of lpanema and Copacabana. You will understand why Rio de Janeiro is known as the "Marvelous City"!

    Day 3 - Rio de Janeiro/lguazu

    In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport to take your flight towards lguazu. Upon arrival in lguazu, you will be transferred to your hotel. On route, you will visit the lguazu waterfalls in the Brazilian side. Visiting the falls from the Brazilian side will give you a completely different perspective of the side of this amazing falls, as you will have the panoramic view of the entire falls. Once you have finished your tour, you will be transferred to your hotel located at the Brazilian side of the falls.

    Day 4 - lguazu

    Today, you will visit the Argentinean side of lguazu Waterfalls. Gain a deep perspective of the breathtaking waterfalls, recently named one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Three set of trails and walkways allow exploring the natural beauty of the falls and the surrounding jungle as you walk through the National Park. On the lower circuit take in a view of the falls from below, feeling part of the natural surroundings, and sensing their great magnitude. The upper circuit takes you above the falls where you get a different perspective of the same waterfalls you just saw on the lower circuits. And no visit to lguazu is complete without viewing the Devil's Throat Falls, where you stand just feet from the thundering cascades of water tumbling to depths below.

    Day 5 - Buenos Aires

    You will be transferred to the airport to take your flight to Buenos Aires.

    Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

    At the end of the day dinner Tango-show at "La Ventana" (without transfer, tango show is 5 minutes walking from the hotel). In the heart of San Tel mo, La Ventana Barrio de Tango opened its doors to the world in 1982. This fully restored historic tenement is a classic walk-through of the Buenos Aires culture through the ages. The interiors, which preserve the purest of the building, with 32 artists in scene, two tango orchestras, a collection of folk music, dancers and singers. Our menu includes international and local dishes of our country, with the traditional charcoal grill and a large Argentine wine.

  • Buenos Aires, Argentina

    It’s easy to see how Buenos Aires created the tango, both of them being highly captivating and seductive. Visually similar to Europe (with a Latin American edge), the city is a sprawling metropolis filled with romantic restaurants, an unmatched nightlife and an aroma of passion that travels from its outer neighbourhoods through to its bustling centre.

  • Iguazu Falls

    With more than 275 Falls, the Iguazu are the most majestic of water falls, the most scenic fall is the curved cataract christened the 'Devil's Throat' which has 14 falls that drop to a height of 350 ft. There is a spectacular rainbow formed on the waterfalls caused by the reflection of light against the mist caused by thundering waters. The Iguazu Falls was named a UNESCO Natural World Heritage site in 1984 & 1986 respectively, the waterfalls are on the border between Argentina & Brazil, they divide the river into upper and lower Iguazu.

  • Rio de Janeiro (Day 2)

    In the morning, you will have a panoramic tour around the beautiful beaches of lpanema and Copacabana, known as one of the most famous beaches in South America. Then, you will head to the Corcovado Mountain, which houses the statue at the top of Christ the Redeemer, elected in 2007 as one of the new Seven Wonders of the World. To get there we climbed through the Tijuca Forest, the largest urban forest in the world. It's about 40 minutes to visit the monument, click or shoot the entire landscape of the city which stretches out from the top. Lunch will be included in a local restaurant. By the afternoon, you will head to the historical center of Rio. You tour starts on 12 de Marc;:o Avenue, the first commercial street built in the 18th. From this point, the bus will proceed to Presidente Vargas Avenue, the second most important street in downtown. Following with the tour you will see the Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro, Rio's aqueduct, Santo Antonio Church, BNDES and Petrobras buildings reaching Lapa, the most popular night life point in Rio. Afterwards you will visit Santa Teresa neighborhood. We'll wander about on foot and discover beautiful architecture, art galleries, restaurants, and local costumes that characterize Santa Teresa. One of Rio's oldest neighborhoods, Santa Teresa, situated high on a hill overlooking Rio, enchants locals and visitors alike with its cobbled streets and eclectic architectural styles. The views of the city center and the bay aren't too shabby either. Then, you will head to Selaron's Staircase. This masterpiece and picturesque icon is one of the late artist's most famous pieces, and is without a doubt one of the highlights of this Rio tour. Finally, you will head to Urea. Up there we ride two cable cars to reach the Sugar Loaf summit. You will see an iconic spot with a fantastic view of Copacabana beach and Guanabara Bay. After that tour you will understand why Rio de Janeiro is known as the "Marvelous City"!
