Highlights

  • Aqaba, Jordan

    Aqaba, Jordan

Where Aqaba’s charmingly peaceful ‘on holiday’ atmosphere will provide a relaxing change of pace, Petra is quite the opposite. Expect a bustling city with elaborately chiselled architecture and a wealth of Nabatean influence. The Treasury is perhaps Petra’s best-known structure, having featured in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade as the mystical hiding place of the Holy Grail. Imprinted deep into the sheer sandstone, it’s a dramatic, spectacular achievement of human endeavour.

  • Cape Town

South Africa's heart and soul, the capital city of Cape Town. On approach to the port of Cape town fall captive to the Mother City and its stunning mountainous backdrop, Table Mountain and its surrounding peninsula seamlessly blending downwards into the granite rocks and boulders lay across the golden white sands of Clifton beach.

  • Port Elizabeth

Port Elizabeth, situated on the Algoa Bay of South Africa's eastern Cape. Created by stunning golden beaches and resorts, Port Elizabeth is a perfect destination as a gateway to South Africa's great wildlife paradise. Nelson Mandela Bay is home to a plethora of game sanctuaries and nature reserves, take a tour and experience that stunning beauty of the wildlife. Make a stop for a spot of whale watching at Algoa Bay, where both whales and dolphins are spotted frequently all year round.

  • Port Louis, Mauritius

Backdropped by the Moka Mountain Range, and nestled on the Indian Ocean, Port Louis is the cultural center and capital city of Mauritius. On approach to the island visitors are enticed by golden beaches and wooden beach huts, and alured in by the The Caudan Waterfront and its shops and attractions. Visit the Grand Bazaar Central Market and be amazed by the fusions and variety of food a must try is Dholl Puri a vegeterians dream. The Bazaar offers a plethora of jewlery, woodcraft and souvinirs, so be prepared for a good barter with the merchants.

  • Suez Canal

The original canal was a single-lane waterway with passing locations in the Ballah Bypass and the Great Bitter Lake. It contains no locks system, with seawater flowing freely through it. It’s hard not to be impressed by the Suez Canal, its 163km stretch being a representation of human’s dominion over nature. Built at the cost of bankruptcy, the nearby streets and distinct architecture still speak of times of wealth and grandeur within the region.

  • Table Mountain

South Africa’s most photographed landmark; Table Mountain spurs up to an elevation of 1085 metres of granite and boulder from its golden sand routes down at Clifton beach. Across it you will find approximately 2,200 species of plants, 1470 of which are floral, many being found at the magnificent Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens at the mountain’s eastern foot.

  • Victoria Falls

In 1855, David Livingstone is believed to have been the first European to see Victoria Falls. The Tongan name, Mosi-oa-Tunya, means "The Smoke That Thunders". The national parks contain elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras and lions!
