Ship Amenities

From bumper cars to trapeze classes, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy your time onboard! Originally launched in China, Ovation of the Seas reflects its Eastern origins with its décor, including a 10-metre tall panda sculpture. An array of technology is built into the ship, and you can use the Royal IQ app to make reservations for activities, dining and entertainment at the touch of a button. There are also interactive dancing robots in the unique venue Two70, as well as skydiving simulators and the Flowrider surfing zone. Artwork is abundant, with an estimated 11,000 pieces scattered throughout the ship ranging from interactive moving sculptures to unique paintings tucked away at every turn.

Cabin Amenities

There’s a wide range of different sizes and layouts to choose from when it comes to accommodation. One of the most unique features is the virtual balcony, available in some interior rooms. These offer real-time views of the ocean through a digital screen. All accommodation comes with features like a flat-screen TV, radio, phone, vanity table, hairdryer and private bathroom. If you upgrade to a suite, you’ll also enjoy separate living areas, whirlpool baths and private balconies to dine al fresco.

Dining Options

There are 18 dining venues to pick and choose from onboard the ship, ensuring you have plenty of choices whether you’re craving sushi or Mexican food. The main dining room is elegantly decorated, serving a vast menu of international favourites. Specialty options include Jamie’s Italian at Sea, headed up by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. Explore the world of molecular gastronomy at Wonderland, a uniquely inventive dining experience, or enjoy the catch of the day at Coastal Kitchen. The Kung Fu Panda Noodle Shop brings an Eastern flare to the menu options, or you can visit American steakhouses, Italian pizzerias, and simply enjoy a snack in the array of cafes and coffeeshops.

As part of the Quantum Class, Ovation of the Seas offers no shortage of entertainment options! There’s never a dull moment with the onboard Casino offering a sophisticated backdrop to gaming tables and slot machines, or you could visit the art gallery to view modern masterpieces. Live shows take place in the elegant onboard theatres, where you can expect Broadway-quality performances. You can venture to the bevy of pubs, bars and lounges to spend your time relaxing with an expertly crafted cocktail. In the daytime, rise above it all on the North Star viewing platform, which takes you up into the air for a birds-eye view of the ship.

Sports and Wellness

Keeping fit is a pleasurable task when you’re staying on Ovation of the Seas. Its fitness centre is fully kitted out with state-of-the-art gym equipment from Technogym, and it offers ocean views to admire during your workout. Outdoors, there’s a jogging track, surfing simulator, and rock-climbing wall to tackle as well as the jogging track. When you’re ready to relax, visit the Spa at Sea for all your indulgent beauty treatment needs. Body wraps, massages, manicures and hairstyling are a few ways to look and feel your best.
