Typical Passengers

This stylish ship is popular with multilingual passengers from across the Mediterranean and beyond, with a lively atmosphere well-suited to adult couples and solo travellers alike who wish to mix and mingle. The MSC Armonia is also a top choice for families with children, thanks to its multitude of kids’ areas and an energetic youth activity team.

Ship Amenities

Outdoors, the MSC Armonia offers a hub of activity around the Lido Deck with its whirlpool tubs, bandstand, sun loungers and outdoor swimming. A recent update in 2014 added more length to its mid-section, which now features more public lounges, entertainment venues and shops as well as a more spacious deck to explore. Children have their own waterpark to splash and play in, and kids’ areas come equipped with LEGO and Chicco products. For adults, there are nightclubs like Amadeus as well as Ambassador for smoking cigars and Vivaldi for live piano music. The ship features a classy library and card room, and there’s also a traditional English pub as well as a glitzy Lido Casino.

Cabin Amenities

Cabin sizes and layouts depend on the price grade, with plenty of categories to choose from! This includes 132 suites with private balconies, as well as interior cabins and ocean view cabins. All accommodation includes standard features like bathrooms with showers, complimentary toiletries, a minibar and refrigerator unit, and a personal safe. A flat screen television is also included along with a vanity desk and mirror. Larger suites include additional space with a lounge area and wall-to-wall vanity counter.

Dining Options

With its Italian origins, it’s perhaps no surprise that MSC Armonia features an enviable selection of restaurants to choose from. This includes the main Marco Polo eatery, seating 610 guests in stylish surroundings. For gourmet Italian cuisine, visit La Pergola to enjoy multiple courses of pasta, grilled meats and seasonal vegetables. Reservations are required for all non-suite guests. Passengers can dine at Chez Claude for grilled specialties, and La Brasserie for a buffet service open 20 hours a day. Naturally, you’ll also find specialty coffees and Italian pastries at Café San Marco.

From colourful cabaret acts to dramatic plays and glamorous musical productions, La Gondola Theatre offers a full range of entertainment to enjoy each evening. This theatre and showroom spans two decks with plush, comfortable seating and four entrances. The ship’s bars and lounges also host a variety of low-key entertainment throughout each cruise, including bands, jazz combos and classical performances. Families will be treated to magicians, mimes, jugglers, and other circus types of acts as well.

Sports and Wellness

Fitness fans will find plenty of ways to pass the time using the MSC Armonia facilities. Miniature golf, a volleyball court and basketball court are all on offer, as well as a simulated climbing wall to test your physical prowess. If you prefer a more traditional type of workout, venture to the gym to use the cardio and weight machines at your leisure. If you’re more in the mood to relax, the Atlantica Spa has your number with its soothing treatments. This includes a thermal suite that combines steam rooms with aromatherapy, allowing you to engage all your senses as you banish stress over a good steam. Body wraps, beauty treatments, facials, and massages are also available in the ship’s various treatment rooms.
