This ship is well-suited to anyone who’s a fan of Disney characters or films, as you’ll find plenty of iconic characters around every corner! Although it’s heavily geared towards children and teenagers, there are also loads of adult-only features to make it a fun experience for everyone. Kids’ clubs, teen lounges, karaoke and play zones help round out this fun, family-friendly experience.

Ship Amenities

Disney Dream features attention to each little detail. You can expect plenty of Disney whimsy, character-themed artwork, and fairy-tale charm incorporated into its décor both inside and out. The decorative theme derives inspiration from the golden age of ocean travel in the 1930s, all elaborate scrollwork and high ceilings. Head to the main atrium lobby and you’ll see a ginormous bronze statue of Admiral Donald Duck. In terms of recreation, kids and grownups alike will love the outdoor pool areas with their sun loungers, splash zones and hot tubs. However, the star of the show outdoors is the AquaDuck rollercoaster, which spans four decks and 233 metres of length with its twists and turns! Facilities for grownups include their very own District entertainment zone, which offers a range of bars and lounges including the Evolution lounge and dance club. Concierge class passengers can enjoy access to a private sundeck and lounge, while all passengers can visit the casino, video arcade, and Observation Lounge.

Cabin Amenities

Guests can pick and choose from nine different types of staterooms and suites. Interior cabins get a little lift courtesy of virtual portholes, which give you real-time views of the views outside. Another unique feature is a round tub with a seat and handheld shower hose in the bathroom, which is useful for families travelling with babies or very small children. Additional amenities include flat-screen infotainment televisions, minibars, fridges, and seating areas, and hot tubs may also include luxury touches like hot tubs and spacious balconies.

Dining Options

Dining is a dynamic pleasure onboard Disney Dream! You’ll rotate between three main dining rooms, each with its own Disney theme. The Animator’s Palate features a Finding Nemo theme with interactive coral reef décor, Royal Palace draws inspiration from classic fairy-tales, and Enchanted Garden whisks you away to the gardens of Versailles complete with magical mood lighting. If you’re interested in an upscale dining experience you can enjoy gourmet French cuisine at Remy or adults-only Italian fare at Palo.

The Walt Disney Theatre is the ship’s go-to entertainment venue, featuring a beautifully arched stage and ceiling decorated with twinkling stars. This charming venue hosts a full calendar of Disney-themed musical productions, suitable for all ages. Another option is the Buena Vista Theatre, which serves as a classic movie house. However, there’s no need to sit down to be entertained onboard Disney Dream, as the ship springs to life each evening with deck parties, theme nights, character shows and live fireworks. From pirates to princesses, you never know who you’ll bump into here after dinner!

Sports and Wellness

The ship boasts a full-service spa, a dreamy getaway when you wish to get away from it all. Senses Spa and Salon offers massages, beauty treatments, nail care, and hairstyling in a comfortable setting. Its Rainforest feature includes steam heat, hydrotherapy, and misty showers to help you unwind. You can also book services specifically tailored to teenage passengers, who have their own chill-out zone away from the adults.
