Ship Amenities

Not every ship out there offers a grassy lawn with lush, real Bermuda grass! When it was first launched, this feature was a striking addition to the Celebrity fleet and still is a novelty today. The Lawn Club is open to all passengers, the perfect place for barefoot strolls, sunbathing, picnics, and a leisurely game of bocce ball. Nearby is the glassblowing studio, operated in collaboration with the Corning Museum of Glass and hosting live hot glass shows. There’s also a public art studio allowing you to watch demonstrations or get involved with some arts and crafts of your own! The Resort Deck brings with it a range of different pools, from family splash zones to sports pools for swimming laps. Indoors, you’ll find a range of shops, restaurants, and public lounges including a posh wine bar and 1930’s style cocktail lounge. You can hire a private cabana, try your luck in the Fortunes Casino, or pass the time with a good book in the library.

Cabin Amenities

Like the ship’s facilities, cabins are similarly well-appointed with a blend of comfort and practicality. Guests can choose from different sizes, locations and price grades to find the best fit. At the upper end are the suites, which offer sizeable layouts and large balconies with plush sun loungers on hand. Outdoor view and interior cabins are smaller yet also offer all the comforts one would expect from a major cruise ship, including high-tech infotainment systems, vanity desks, private bathrooms with showers, and closets.

Dining Options

Don’t worry about repetitive menus on the Celebrity Solstice. With its multitude of dining outlets, there’s little chance of eating the same thing twice! This begins with the Grand Epernay dining room, a chic and airy space with massive wine towers and ocean views. Residents staying in suites have their own Luminae or Blu dining areas for an intimate, upscale dining experience. Make reservations at French restaurant Murano or Italian venue Tuscan Grille. Silk Harvest dishes up pan-Asian fusion cuisine, while Sushi on Five offers freshly prepared sushi and Japanese hot pot dishes. Indulge in a coffee as you watch the world go by at Café al Bacio, or serve yourself at buffet eatery Oceanview Café and Grill.

There’s always a reason to celebrate onboard Celebrity Solstice, and its entertainment venues spring to life throughout the day and into the evening. You can kick off the festivities at the Entertainment Court, an ideal gathering place with its street performers on hand. Visit the Ensemble Lounge to dance along to some big band live jazz, or sip a cocktail in the Martini Lounge. Celebrity Central is the go-to destination for cooking demonstrations, intriguing lectures and film nights, and there are also late-night comedy acts to get you laughing well into the evening. Finally, don’t miss the Solstice Theatre with its lavish musical productions.

Sports and Wellness

Treat yourself to a luxurious spa experience at Canyon Ranch, which offers a blend of pampering spa treatments and state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Workout machines include weights, cardio, and kinesis equipment. There’s a thermal suite featuring aromatherapy shower mists and steam rooms, as well as heated tile beds, acupuncture treatments and a glacial ice fountain to chill out in style.

Cruising on the Celebrity Solstice was a wonderful experience. The cabins were excellent with a very comfortable bed, and well looked after by our cabin steward.
