Ship Amenities

This chic ship has been specifically designed to sail the Galapagos islands, a first for any major cruise line that’s not focused on expeditions. Hosting 100 passengers, it features floor-to-ceiling windows and environmentally friendly features like special diesel engines and an advanced propulsion system. Self-sustaining, the ship will be able to convert seawater and air conditioning system condensation into fresh water for reuse. Public facilities include the Discovery Lounge, a central hub for socialising and relaxing with fellow passengers and crew. There will be an onboard team of Naturalists to lead discussions and excursions, available to chat about the day’s wildlife sightings. The Observatory is another nice touch, a library dedicated to the region in a light-filled room. And in the evenings, head up to the Stargazing platform to enjoy the remarkably starry skies overhead. Binoculars are provided!

Cabin Amenities

Accommodation onboard Celebrity Flora will consist entirely of suites, with 50 rooms including oversized bathrooms. Some will feature the same Infinite Verandas seen on Celebrity Edge, which gives the room a convertible feeling as you transform it from an open-air French balcony to a cosy interior sunroom experience. Each room includes the services of a Personal Suite Attendant to make your stay more comfortable. Penthouse Suites include flat-screen TVs, sofas, and a telescope to make the most of the view. Bathrooms are particularly spacious, some including Jacuzzi tubs and separate showers.

Dining Options

Although Celebrity Flora may be smaller than other ships in its fleet, there’s a premium put on quality over quantity when it comes to your dining experience. The Seaside Restaurant is the ship’s primary dining room, where you can take your breakfast, lunch and dinner. It features the same floor-to-ceiling windows seen throughout the remainder of the ship’s décor, along with stone flooring and sustainably sourced hardwood furnishings. Enjoy meals prepared by Michelin-starred chefs, making use of the region’s fresh produce and catch of the day. Ocean Grill specialises in sustainable seafood prepared on an outdoor grill, and includes the Dining Under the Stars experience for an unforgettable evening. And naturally, room service is always available for those who prefer to dine in their suite.

Entertainment onboard Celebrity Flora is primarily focused on the destination, including expert-led excursions to discover the wildlife and unique scenery of the Galapagos. The Marina accommodates the ship’s three Zodiac boats to load and unload passengers for the day’s activities. You’ll have full access to all the equipment needed to enjoy fun in the sea and sun, from snorkels to wet suits. However, evenings are also filled with fun as the Discovery Lounge is also a hub for socialising, lectures and live entertainment. In the evening, it offers a full bar and stage for musicians and comedy acts alike.

Sports and Wellness

After a long morning of exploring the islands of the Galapagos and sunning yourself on its beaches, you’ll find a few key areas to relax and unwind. Celebrity Flora includes The Vista, a speciality lounge with panoramic ocean views, cushioned loungers, a Jacuzzi and private cabanas. There’s also a plunge pool and a small bar in the Sunset Lounge.
