Typical Passengers
You’ll find a range of passenger ages and groups onboard Celebrity Constellation, due to its large size and array of choices. However, it’s particularly popular with families during the peak holiday times. Children can enjoy the activities within the Fun Factory for younger kids and the Tower for teenagers. These are led by qualified children’s counsellors to provide safety and structure.
Ship Amenities
Crafted with high-class materials including touches of marble, wood and glass, the ship offers understated elegance. Outdoors you’ll find a high ratio of sun loungers to passengers, ensuring plenty of spots to top up your tan! Swimming pools are varied whether you wish to splash around with the kids or start your day with a quiet series of laps. Celebrity Constellation’s social hub is its impressive atrium. This spans four decks and includes all the customer service counters you need to plan excursions or find assistance. There’s also a bank here as well as a selection of shops and cafes. Elevators are lined with glass for a sleek ride with a view as you pass up and down the ten passenger decks. Keep connected to the world in the Celebrity iLounge, with its Apple products and computer classes, or sip an expertly constructed cocktail in the Martini Bar.
Cabin Amenities
Stylish accommodation is on hand at all price grades, giving Celebrity Constellation passengers plenty of options. At the lower end there are interior cabins, which are plush and comfortable with private bathrooms, sitting areas and infotainment consoles. If you prefer additional space, reserve a suite with accompanying balcony. Interconnecting cabins are on hand for families, and there are also options available for guests with limited mobility including wheelchair-accessible showers.
Dining Options
Dining each evening is centred around the San Marco Restaurant, which offers two main dinner seating times. It hosts almost 1,200 guests in grand style, with a connecting staircase linking the upper and lower levels and impressive sea views behind its massive glass wall. If you’re staying in a suite onboard Celebrity Constellation, you’ll have access to the exclusive Luminae restaurant with its tableside cookery and impressive wine selection. Blu is another option for Aqua-class occupants. For a romantic evening at sea, visit the Ocean Liners Restaurant with its 1920s styled décor and tempting classical French cuisine, or opt for juicy Kobe beef steaks at Tuscan Grille. If you prefer to keep it casual, visit the Seaside Café and Grill with its buffet stations and pizza bar, or grab a bite of sushi at Sushi on Five.
Entertainment
In addition to the bars, lounges, and vibrant lights of the Fortunes Casino, you can head to the Celebrity Theatre for innovative entertainment. It holds 900 seats, spanning a full three decks with high-tech special effects and impressive lighting. The programme is varied, but offers production shows as well as cabaret acts with international performers.
Sports and Wellness
When you’re ready to leave all the hassle and stresses of daily life behind, make some time in your schedule to visit the ship’s spa, operated by Canyon Ranch. It’s sprawling and spacious, with a heated thalassotherapy pool, solarium, and full menu of massages and wellness treatments. This is complemented by a juice bar to top up your energy levels. The fitness complex also includes a gym, so you can put your muscles to the test or fit in a quick cardio session at sea!
CELEBRITY CONSTELLATION
Hamilton, York, 26th May 2020
Constellation is a great sized ship. Not too big and not too small. We have been on Constellation three times and it has always felt like a happy ship. Embarkation is seamless quick.
CELEBRITY CONSTELLATION
Westlake, Cowbridge, 5th March 2020
The ship was about 600 short of capacity but it felt like the staff were up to full strength and without exception went out of their way to greet you at every opportunity.
