That time of year

It’s that time of year when everyone is looking for their annual holiday, the kids break up from school in a week and we all want to go away on holiday for some relaxing and family time.

When we start to look at holidays for ourself’s we always want a good deal I know I do, but what many people don’t realise is that cruise lines aren’t like this. YES they sometimes have reduced prices but many people need 3 or 4 berth cabins and they simply don’t do many of these and if you do manage to get one then you then find out the cruise is full for that age group. Many cruise lines will only allow a certain amount of children on board and many will do the ages from 2-3, 4-5 years and so on, once these ages have been filled cruise lines won’t allow any more children onboard.

I don’t like this time of year I have many people ringing up for that late deal wanting to go away but I can’t find anything for them which is not only deflating for me but really deflating for the customer as I feel I’m dashing there dreams away with having that family holiday which is not a nice feeling at all.

I know I write about this every year but please don’t leave it till the last minute if you’re wanting a family cruise in the kids holidays as you really won’t get it. Book your’s earlier when the prices come out there would be a better deal and you will get what you want. many cruise lines now are doing child prices that are really good, plus some do free drink packages, free gratuities etc. You will certainly get a better deal than waiting until the last minute.

Have you booked your cruise for this year and are getting excited now as it’s only a few weeks away? let me know where you’re going?
