When two become three

I was having a catch up with one of my customers the other day whilst booking her 2020 P&O cruise for her. We usually ask each other what’s new and what have you been up to that sort of thing. I said to her ‘oh guess what me and Jon are doing?’. Naturally straight away she thought i was pregnant. I said to her no we aren’t having a baby but we are bringing home a fur baby.

This handsome little fella will be coming home to us next month. I love Jungle Book it was my favorite Disney movie growing up, and as he is like a little bear we are calling him Baloo.

He is about 2-3 weeks old on this picture. He is about 5 weeks old now and has shot up already. Everyone is tormenting me how big he is going to be.

Since we got married last year we had been talking about getting a dog. Members of my family have had dogs and I’ve grown up around many of them. Jon had never owned a pet before. Now we have got our big holidays out of the way we thought now would be a great time to look into it. Especially in time for Christmas.

You are probably wondering what breed he is. His dad is a Chow Chow and his mum is a Husky. So Baloo is a Chowski or Chusky.

While we eagerly wait for the day we can pick him up we are currently going through the joys of choosing a vet, getting quotes on pet insurance that sort of thing. I am enjoying looking at pet toys and other accessories though.
