Bonding with Colleagues

As you all know most of the sales team here at Cruise.Co.UK are based at home in many different parts of the country. It is usually once a year at our Company Christmas Conference we get a chance to get together and really get to know each other. As some of us have been doing this for many years now the bond we have formed needs more than a once a year fix. So a few weeks ago three of us decided a weekend of girly catch up is just what we all needed.

Myself Diane and Holly all drove to an amazing little resort in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside which meant not too much travelling for any of us. Holly came out best with 8 miles followed by me with 19 and Diane just under 39. It was all planned way back in dark, cold and wet January. Each of us making a meal for one night. I made a petso and mozzarella pasta bake for the Friday night, Di a slimming world Chilli for Saturday (well her hubby Bill did) and Holly looked after breakfasts. (Sunday was lunch out) We all brought lots of booze and nibbles and just chilled for 3 nights. We never even put make up on on the Saturday as in and out of the hot tub.

The place is called Fairweather Grange and has several different sized lodges from 2 people to 12 all having own hot tub and very private. The lodges themselves were so beautifully designed and furnished and very cozy.

We made a pact work was not to be discussed and stuck to it as best we could (well we are women) and just chilled without a care in the world.

With good friends, plenty to eat and drink what more could we ask for whilst we wait for our next cruise holidays. Mine next month, Di November and Holly December. We cannot cruise all time but we do wish we could. This will certainly be getting booked again for next year.
