Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Well the Christmas festivities are in full swing.  Last week myself and a few colleagues had our own little Christmas Party at Birmingham’s NEC.  As we couldn’t attend our works Christmas Conference we decided to do our own little party.  The party night was called the ‘Manhattan Experience’.  It was held in two huge rooms at the NEC.  There were acrobats and entertainment throughout the night and there was even fairground rides to go on if you were feeling brave enough.

The night included a 3 course meal and an open bar and a disco at the end of the night.  In between the dinner courses we were entertained by acrobats and fire entertainers.

The night was held throughout December and each night there were at least 250 tables foe dinner with approximately 12 people per table so it was a busy night.

There were also fairground rides in the corners of the venue, the likes of bumper cars and the waltzers.  We managed to have a go on two of the rides due to the fact that there were so many people at the venue.  Mind you after a 3 course meal and quite a bit of wine two rides was enough….if you know what I mean.

We had an excellent night and it is thoroughly recommended.  I would  like to wish everyone a great post Christmas week and a healthey New Year.  I will speak to you in 2018.
