Bon Appetit!

One of the pleasures of cruising is eating (of course!) and there are some smashing restaurants on board ships. A few of my clients have actually given me their best specialty  restaurants at sea which i thought i would share with you and also give you mine of course!

Celebrity cruises has got a bit of a mention here with – Qsine which is a bit different if anything else. The Sushi on 5 also gets a really good thumbs up if you like Sushi.  Then we come to Murano (French dining) and one of my favourites the Tuscan Grill. If we are talking about Celebrity then I have to add that I love the Blu restaurant for Aqua class clients – they get a 10 from me.

Royal Caribbean are another one who gets mentioned. 150 Central Park is a favourite on Allure and Oasis of the seas, as well as Jamie’s Italian. Strange that is all i have?

NCL cruises also get a mention with Teppanyaki the Asian restaurant I hear the stem ginger panna cotta is rather wonderful!  For me I do like the Brazilian Moderno Churrascaria.

Princess cruises, well the front runner is actually Alfredo’s Pizzeria (funny that!), followed by the Crowne Grill.

Only a couple for P&O cruises which are the Epicurean and Sindhu. – Surely we have more?

I do have to say though that Oceania cruises gets a huge thumbs up, not that I can blame anyone as i thought the food was fantastic. So in no particular order we have, Red Ginger, Jacques, Polo Grill, and the Waves grill (burgers by the pool and to die for!)

If you have been on any Crystal or Silversea ships then perhaps you would agree with the following, Le Champagne, Umi Uma, and the Silk Road and Sushi Bar which again always gets clients raving on how good the food is!

Of course these are just a few recommendations, I bet you all have your favourites, if so let me know!

Till next time x
