This was our first river cruise. We were in cabin 317 on the Diamond deck it was very comfortable and we well looked after by staff.

There are no doctors onboard, however the close proximity to land means medical service can be quickly obtained. Some cabins do not have in-cabin fridges to store medicines, where this is the case please notify the staff onboard and they will be able to store your medicine in a fridge outside of your cabin. Guest are ask to notify any medical requirements at the time of booking.
There are designated areas on the outside Decks for smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere onboard, in cabins, on cabin balconies or in any of the ship’s public rooms for safety reasons.

Their cruises include onboard musicians to provide a soundtrack to your evening, with special musical guests joining the party from the regions you sail through. These live musical performances are complemented by highly enjoyable events, starting with the welcome reception and dinner to get acquainted with your fellow passengers and friendly crew. Your journey’s capped with a glittering Captain’s gala dinner, involving six courses of gourmet cuisine and plenty of merriment.
You’ll spend a good part of your Riviera Travel cruise exploring the gorgeous destinations as you sail through them, yet there’s plenty of activities to keep you occupied onboard as well. This starts with the spacious Sun Deck, dotted with comfy loungers and boasting inspiring views. On some ships, you’ll find putting greens and splash pools for added fun. All ships include air conditioning and Wi-Fi for your convenience. You’ll have plenty of time to curl up with a good book during your cruise, so visit the onsite lending library to find an appealing title or two. A boutique shop and giant chess board round out the onsite activities.

Gratuities are not included in the price of your cruise, but are instead left up to your own discretion. The line encourages guests to leave a tip at the end of their stay with a suggested total amount of €5-10 per passenger, per day. An envelope will be left in your cabin on the cruise’s final evening for this purpose should you wish to tip the staff.
