Regent Seven Cruises are the last word in globetrotting luxury, with a 1 to 1.5 staff-to-guest ratio and onboard Canyon Ranch SpaClub. Everything’s included in an RSS cruise, from flights to fine dining, premium spirits and unlimited excursions. Ships are limited to just 375 suites, ensuring that passengers have plenty of space to sprawl out and enjoy the journey.
You’ll have the choice of itineraries covering over 450 destinations across the world, and due to the smaller size of the fleet they’re able to access more intimate ports that larger ships can’t reach. International travel includes business class airfare, so you’re sure to arrive in style and comfort. Alaskan cruises are particularly popular, taking you right in to see natural waterfalls and the North Sawyer Glacier. Wind your way through the Mediterranean to visit secluded Greek islands and UNESCO World Heritage sites; or visit artisan markets in the ports of Peru before taking an excursion to the Amazon.

The ship surpassed anything that we could have imagined or that we had been told about. The rest of the holiday was an absolute dream.

Much of the ship looked very good: the Compass Rose dining room, La Veranda and Prime 7 all impressed and the forward Observation lounge made a very attractive setting for pre-dinner drinks.

There’s no danger of repetitive dining when you’re on a Regent Seven Seas Cruise, in any sense of the word! Not only do you have a full range of restaurants to choose from as part of your package, but you’ll also be able to dine with whomever you wish thanks to the open seating policy. Request a table in any venue and the maitre d’ will assist you. Here are just a few of the options to choose from:
There’s no need to purchase a separate beverage package when you’re cruising with Regent Seven Seas – everything is included. And we’re not just talking about house wines. You’ll enjoy free unlimited beverages including premium spirits and their finest reserves of wine. The open bar extends to all lounges and bars aboard the ship, and your in-suite minibar will be fully stocked daily.
After a long day of sightseeing in exotic locales, you’ll be ready to let your hair down. Fortunately, there’s a full calendar of glittering entertainment options to choose from. This starts in the Show Lounge, which mixes up its vibes depending on the night. One night you’ll feel as though you’ve entered a Parisian cabaret, and you’ll tap your toes to the sounds of old Hollywood the next. The line’s entertainment team is comprised of Broadway professionals, so you’re bound to be treated to a show with plenty of star quality!
If you’re in the mood to test your luck, visit the opulently decorated casino to mix and mingle with your fellow passengers over a game of blackjack or poker. Roulette, craps and slot machines are all on offer in a friendly environment. And when you’re ready to enjoy a relaxing night in with good conversation from fellow travellers, spend the evening in the Connoisseur Club. Plush and cosy, they provide the ideal environment to sip on a barrel aged single malt scotch or linger over an imported cigar.
Days at sea offer a full range of activities ranging from relaxing to invigorating to suit your mood. Head to the pool deck where you’ll find a putting green to practise your swing, table tennis and shuffleboard courts, and a heated swimming pool. If you’re in the mood for a cosy day indoors, visit the library to curl up with a classic novel or travel tome. DVDs are also on hand for you to take back to your suite.
Visit the internationally renowned Canyon Ranch Spa to feel pampered from top to toe with nutrient-rich facials, soothing aromatherapy treatments and stimulating massages. The fleet’s fitness centres also include classes to rejuvenate mind and body, or you can set and meet your targets with the help of a personal trainer. An oval track provides the perfect place to jog a few laps whilst admiring the ocean views!
All suites include plenty of space with private teak balconies and marble-accented bathrooms stocked with L’Occitane products. Many also include a walk-in closet to accommodate your wardrobe in style. All include a separate seating area where you can relax with a film or book. The in-suite mini-bar comes fully stocked with bottled water, beer and soft drinks, and room service is available 24 hours a day.
In line with the all-inclusive nature of a Regent Seven Seas cruise, gratuities are included in your fare. You won’t be hit with any extra service charges upon departure! However, if you feel that the crew has gone above and beyond your expectations, you can choose to make a donation to the Crew Welfare Fund instead, which you’ll find at the Purser Office. This is used for crew events and parties.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises are relatively relaxed despite their luxurious amenities, with casual wear appropriate for all daytime activities. Sport your favourite style of resort wear when on deck. After 6:00 pm, you’ll need to make the switch into an Elegant Casual dress code with slacks and a collared shirt for men and a dress or slacks/skirt with blouse for women. There are also Formal Nights, which are entirely optional yet loads of fun! On these evenings, you’ll have the chance to wear your finest gowns, cocktail dresses, and tuxedo jackets if you wish.
